How I Handle Incoming Logs
1. In-Game Reproduction
If you send notes about an inconsistent damage multiplier or a stealth nerf, I don’t just take your word for it. I load straight into the encounter, test the numbers against boss hitboxes, and check combat logs.
2. Credit Where Due
Found a rotation or skip that beats my published route? Send the clip. If it holds up under fire, I update the guide and credit your callsign directly in the article update log.
3. Zero Template Replies
I check incoming mail between raid resets and evening extraction sessions. You won’t get an automated support desk ticket—if I reply, it’s straight from my personal client.
